Lampung, January 2025 – A groundbreaking research article titled “Optimization of Strategic Communication of the Center for Islamic History Studies of Lampung in the Development of the Islamic Civilization History Study Program UIN Raden Intan Lampung” has been successfully published in a SINTA 4-accredited journal under the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education. The article was authored by Wahyu Iryana, Muhamad Bisri Mustofa, and Fegi Sentiana from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.

This publication highlights a significant milestone in academic research, focusing on the strategic role of communication in developing Islamic Civilization History study programs. The research demonstrates how effective communication practices can enhance institutional collaboration and the dissemination of knowledge in Islamic history studies.

The study is the result of a collaborative effort involving multiple higher education institutions. According to the authors, the research reflects the collective expertise and shared commitment of academics from various universities to advance the field of Islamic studies.

Wahyu Iryana, the lead author, emphasized the importance of strategic communication in academic development. “This research provides practical insights into how communication can serve as a tool for innovation and institutional growth, particularly in Islamic history studies,” said Wahyu.

Muhamad Bisri Mustofa, with his background in communication studies, added, “By optimizing communication strategies, academic institutions can build stronger networks and achieve a greater impact in the academic and cultural realms.”

Fegi Sentiana from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta expressed her pride in being part of this collaborative research. She highlighted the importance of inter-university collaboration, stating, “This study showcases how collective efforts and diverse perspectives can yield impactful outcomes.”

The publication marks a significant achievement for the Center for Islamic History Studies in Lampung and sets a benchmark for future research in the field. It also underscores the potential of strategic communication as a transformative force in academic development.
